TICKS ONE d.o.o. is not the organizer of the offered events. The event is managed by the organizer, who also issues the tickets. TICKS ONE d.o.o. acts solely as a distributor for ticket sales on behalf of the organizer and, therefore, assumes no responsibility for the organization of the event and/or its execution, and is not responsible for refunds.

Ordering

All online ticket orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or modified. To place an order online, follow these steps:
Step 1: select the event and tickets according to the price category
Step 2: choose the payment method and enter personal information
Step 3: review all information, perform a final check, accept the terms and conditions, and submit the order
Step 4: order confirmation from TICKS ONE d.o.o

Payment

TICKS ONE d.o.o. allows users to make purchases using credit/debit cards. The payment processing service is provided by WSPay. Monri WSPay is a secure online payment system, enabling real-time payments with credit/debit cards and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and transmission of card data, confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate it holds. Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate.

Partners of TICKS ONE d.o.o. in ticket sales reserve the right to apply their own payment methods. Each ticket becomes valid after full payment. With the introduction of fiscalization laws, the ticket no longer serves as an invoice. Instead, an invoice is issued alongside the purchased ticket, which must be kept until the event. In case of event postponement or cancellation, a ticket cannot be refunded without presenting the invoice.

Ticket Delivery

After a successful purchase, TICKS ONE d.o.o. tickets will be available to the user in digital format in their user profile on the Ticks system and sent to their email address. Depending on options offered by the Organizer and selected by the Buyer, tickets may also be delivered by other means, such as postal delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

According to Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer has no right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract (refund) since the subject of the contract is the provision of services related to leisure, taking place at a specific time or during a specific period. TICKS ONE d.o.o. is not responsible for the loss or damage of already purchased/delivered tickets. In the case of tickets purchased at physical locations, reissuing is not possible. For tickets purchased through the TICKS ONE website, reissuing may be subject to a fee.

Event Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

TICKS ONE d.o.o. is not the organizer of the offered events. The event is managed by the organizer, who also issues the tickets. TICKS ONE d.o.o. acts solely as a distributor for ticket sales on behalf of the organizer and, therefore, assumes no responsibility for the organization of the event and/or its execution, and is not responsible for refunds. However, this does not mean that we do not do everything in our power to ensure a refund. If the event organizer decides to postpone the event or change the venue, the ticket will remain valid for the new date or venue, regardless of the reasons for the postponement or change. The event organizer will decide whether tickets can be returned, compensated, or exchanged. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event and a refund, the ticket price, reduced by all additional costs (delivery costs, services, etc.), will be refunded to the buyer exclusively at the point of sale where the tickets were purchased, within a maximum of two months from the scheduled date of the event, unless TICKS ONE d.o.o. has fulfilled its financial obligations to the event organizer, and in that case, the refund is made directly by the event organizer, about which TICKS ONE d.o.o. will timely inform the point of sale. In rare cases (e.g., price changes by the organizer, additional charges requested by the organizer, etc.), there may be a situation where a higher ticket price is charged than the one printed on the ticket. In this case, TICKS ONE d.o.o. will only refund the price printed on the ticket.

Additional costs such as delivery costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. In the event of event cancellation, the ticket can be returned for a refund within two months after the planned event date and only at the place of purchase (if the ticket was purchased online, it is returned to the address of the TICKS ONE d.o.o. office: Po탑arinje 53, Zagreb; after which it will be cancelled, and the money returned to the credit card or current account - as long as the terms of use of the organizer or venue allow it). In the event of cancellation, postponement, or other program changes, no refund will be made for associated costs (e.g., transportation, hotel accommodation, delivery cost, etc.). In the event of cancellation, postponement, or other changes, TICKS ONE d.o.o. is not obliged to inform its customers about the changes. With the introduction of fiscalization laws, the ticket no longer serves as an invoice. Instead, an invoice is issued alongside the purchased ticket, which must be kept until the event. In the event of postponement or cancellation, a ticket cannot be refunded without presenting the invoice.

Order Processing Fee

For the service of generating and issuing tickets, TICKS ONE charges a one-time order processing fee and/or a processing fee per ticket. This fee is a non-refundable amount representing the one-time cost incurred by TICKS ONE for issuing tickets, including electronic processing, generation, issuance, and sale of tickets. TICKS ONE will issue an invoice to the buyer for the received funds, which will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer during the ticket purchase.

Data Protection

The user accepts that personal data may be electronically processed by TICKS ONE d.o.o. for the purpose of providing the service. In accordance with legal regulations, the user agrees that their data may be transmitted to partner companies (subsidiaries or affiliates) and organizers of specific events for which tickets are purchased. The buyer or user of TICKS ONE d.o.o. services, when registering and purchasing tickets, gives consent to TICKS ONE d.o.o. for sending free notifications via email or phone call, i.e., using data submitted electronically, until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of storing personal data is fulfilled. TICKS ONE d.o.o., as the data controller, respects the privacy of its users and undertakes to carefully process and protect the personal data collected during registration and purchase, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Regulation. If the user of TICKS ONE d.o.o. services no longer wishes to receive notifications from TICKS ONE d.o.o., they can unsubscribe. Warning

Loud music can damage your hearing. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor irrevocably accepts the terms that apply at the event venue and the organizer's terms.

Submitting Complaints/Data Complaints

In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to submit a written complaint by mail to the address of TICKS ONE d.o.o., Po탑arinje 53, 10000 Zagreb, and by email to . Upon receiving the complaint, we will provide a written response within 15 days from the date of receiving the written complaint.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We inform you that we resolve every dispute amicably, and you have the right to use mechanisms for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes by initiating proceedings for out-of-court resolution of disputes by submitting a report to the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and/or by submitting a proposal for mediation to the Mediation Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

Online Consumer Dispute Resolution We inform you about the possibility of resolving consumer complaints through online dispute resolution based on Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and Directive 2009/22/EC and Directive on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes 2013/11/EU via the link HERE.

Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution In accordance with legal norms, TICKS ONE d.o.o. does not recognize any alternative body for the resolution of consumer disputes that the consumer would seek in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. TICKS ONE d.o.o. provides online sales in HR and independently performs electronic linking with the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The above follows from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, as well as from the amendment of Regulation (EC) 2016/2014 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

Jurisdiction For all disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court is in Zagreb.
